Over the past few weeks I have had the opportunity to create powerful possibilities with some extraordinarily courageous and insightful women. It is not easy to allow yourself to "let go" listen to the stillness and trust what you hear. For those who are not familiar with meditation /guided imagery, I invite you to come and experience something so awesome.

This is such an amazing opportunity to get to know yourself better. I love meditation hour and look forward to each session so that I can learn more about myself. As most women do, I stay busy, but this is my time to appreciate all that I have to offer and to adjust some things that I might not be pleased with from within. The environment is welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. Come spend some quality time with yourself and become your own best friend!
Meeting new clients and guiding the meditation class is the most humbling experience for me. As I am allowed to bear witness to some breakthroughs and revelations I can only say wow! Watching God do His work is awesome... being a small vessel to facitlitate such a process really underscores the idea that God works through us. When we decide we aren't as big and as bad as we want to believe. I am greatful for each session as I learn more about myself and the reason I am still breathing. Sometimes I forget, then... a still small voice reminds me and I do what God tells me to do... And you know.... Sometimes I don't even feel like it. But... Obedience is much better than sacrifice. Who am i to tell GOD "no"!. So thank you everyone whom I come incontact for at least telling God "Yes" for that small amount of time you spend with me. That is one of the best moments of my life..... THank you ALL HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
